Individual Storylines
Secrets & Battlelines is a continuation of The Masks: Our Origins, following the characters as they deal with the fallout of their last adventures and grieve their fallen friend.
No longer in high school, Alice is learning what being a hero really means in Height City; she isn't sure if she has what it takes to wear her mother's mask, to fight the city's devil.
Casey is a rebel with a cause; she's determined to take down the Crime Queen but first she needs to gather her resources, including recruiting a sidekick.
Tommy considers his options as he plays a soul-twisting role under the Crime Queen's orders, all to protect his brother.
Bobby sinks into grief, pain and sadness as dark, terrifying mysteries about her father's past come to light.
Plagued by guilt, Jess wonders how she can be useful as the chasm between her and her parents continues to grow, and she is given a choice she won't be able to take back.
Dave prepares for his first fight as The Arena's champion and wonders how on Earth he can fill Casey's shoes, as a deviously beautiful woman catches his attention.
Cole explores the beginning of a new romance with a boy from the rich side of town as nightmares force him into questioning whether or not he's losing his sanity.
